Following our AGM, we have a new Chairperson with Rob Andrewartha replacing Vick Winnall who was our Inaugral Chair over our first 3 years (pictured above). We appreciate Vick’s leadership in establishing our Committee.
OGSA wishes to congratulate Merilyn Kuchel on being awarded the Order of Australia Medal in this week's Queen's Birthday Honours for her service to horticultural and botanical organisations in South Australia.
With the conclusion of the Summer/Autumn openings, the third season of Open Gardens SA has come to a close… a season in which over 40 private gardens were open to the public … well over half of them for the first time.
OGSA conducted a succulent wreath workshop at Gables Ends in Mitcham on Saturday 7th April. Twenty five participants enjoyed the sunny morning with Marg Wilkinson conducting the workshop.
