Open Gardens SA’s new spring season starts on Sunday, August 27. The South Australian open gardens program will relaunch in just a few short weeks with more than 30 gardens expected to open this spring.

OGSA conducted a Succulent Wreath Workshop at Carrick Hill Drive, Mitcham on Saturday 13th August in fine weather. All 30 participants were greeted with tea and coffee and a slice.

The School for Scandal goes back to the 1950s in a new version of Sheridan's classic comedy to be performed under the stars over four weekends next January. Following a sell-out season last summer, Open Gardens SA

 Blue Sky theatre and Open Gardens SA are pleased to announce that School for Scandal, our 2018 Play in a Garden will be performed at Carrick Hill on Friday 26th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th January.

Around 25,000 visitors attended South Australian gardens during the past 12 months, with approximately $150,000 returned to charities over the Spring 2016 to Autumn 2017 season.

The South Australian based success story, which began in 2015 after the national open garden organisation folded, is now resting over winter but a new program will be ready to kick off from late August.
